Introductory Massage, $90 Special for 60 Minute Session.

Introductory massage is ideal for first-time clients who want to experience massage therapy in a comfortable, relaxing way. Using gentle, flowing techniques, it helps release tension, ease stress, and promote calmness, giving you a perfect introduction to how soothing and beneficial massage can feel.

For your first visit to the new studio, you are welcome to book this promotional rate, EVEN IF Stephanie has worked with you at a previous location in the past.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage focuses on relieving muscle pain, stiffness, and tension caused by stress, injury, or daily activities. Using targeted pressure and Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, and Myofascial techniques, this massage improves flexibility, enhances circulation, and supports faster recovery, helping your body restore balance and move more freely with lasting comfort and relief.

60 minutes: $115 / 90 minutes: $160 / 120 minutes: $200

Lymphatic Massage / Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to stimulate your lymphatic system. Through light, sweeping motions, this specialized massage helps to reduce swelling, detoxify the body, and speed up recovery after surgery.

It is highly recommended to get lymphatic massages after cosmetic procedures, particularly liposuction. MLD supports healing from abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, thigh lifts, brachioplasty, and BBLs. Stephanie is experienced with working with patients immediately after such surgeries.

MLD helps patients heal after cancer treatment and reconstruction surgery, and helps manage secondary lymphedema after removal of lymph nodes.

MLD is also recommended after knee and hip replacements and shoulder surgeries. Stephanie will consult with your surgeon for the best plan.

Finally, MLD is an effective treatment for chronic conditions including lymphedema and lipedema.

75 minutes: $140

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Therapy uses smooth, heated stones placed on key points of the body to melt away tension and stress. The warmth penetrates deep into muscles, improving circulation, easing stiffness, and creating a deeply relaxing, soothing experience that restores balance and calm.
