I am feeling my years. I have issues with my legs and my back that have persisted in one form or another since I hit my thirties. During Snowmageddon I had to shovel and twist and shovel and twist and shovel and twist until I developed this tight spot in my back that has nagged at me for 2 years. I have this fear that I am going to start hunching over if I don’t do something about it. But I am the type of person who won’t seek treatment until I have at least a second problem. My second problem is a Baker’s cyst in my left leg.

I chose Stephanie as my massage therapist as part of my new approach to dealing with my injuries. I have had PT in the past for the knee and for my heels. When I am in PT I always feel that I have to prepare myself for the therapy and stay focused. I like being able to relax and let the magi hands work their wonders. Stephanie’s hands are magic and I was relaxed to the point of nodding off. I am ecstatic that she is really good at what she does.

I stop for a bite before heading home. This past week the owner of the restaurant where I had dinner told me that I had a glow. Because I had a glow and I was able to stand straight an tall (and dream about the lions on the beach) that was definitely a five star massage
